For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
